Description
This is an 18th-century barn located on the roadside in Curry Mallet. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a thatched roof, with some areas covered in corrugated iron sheeting on the south side and the gable ends. The barn has door openings on both the north and south sides, with tall central doors and smaller secondary doors. These doors have wooden frames, plank doors, and iron strip hinges. There is also a two-light wooden-mullioned window on the north side. The outshuts on the south side, which are clad in corrugated iron, are not considered of special interest. This barn serves as a notable roadside feature.
