Description
The coach house and stables, located about 50 metres west of The Manor House, date from the early 19th century. They are built of local stone rubble and feature a triple roll clay tile roof with boarded verges, along with a rubble stone chimney stack at the north end. Designed in a Gothick style, the building has two storeys with a one-storey extension. It consists of three bays and two bays, with four-centre arched casement windows that have small panes and square labels above the first and third bays. The second bay contains a matching boarded door with a plain loft door above it. The extension features a matching door and a two-pointed arched light casement under a square label. Both gables at the north end are adorned with decorative bargeboards. This structure is a notable outbuilding that enhances the group value of The Manor House and the adjacent Church of the Holy Trinity.
