Description
The Manor House and attached range of outbuildings date from the late 18th century, although the core of the building may be older. The house features a roughcast exterior from the 20th century, with coped verges and a slate roof, along with brick stacks at the ends. It has a symmetrical front that faces the road, consisting of two storeys and an attic with three bays. The windows are a mix of four-pane and sixteen-pane sash types set in slightly raised surrounds. The central entrance has a six-panelled door, with the top four panels glazed.
To the right of the house, there is a contiguous outbuilding that is two storeys high and has two bays. This outbuilding has a slate roof divided into two sections, with a coped verge and a brick stack at eaves height. It features casement windows and a lean-to structure on the ground floor.
Additionally, there is a section of garden wall that runs at right angles to the house and outbuildings, made of rubble with dressed coping, positioned next to the house. A further short section of a similar wall is located at the roadside, also at right angles to the left side of the house's frontage.
