Description

This is an early 19th-century house with attached forecourt walls, railings, and gates. The front facade is constructed from Ham Hill stone ashlar, topped with a stepped stone coping to the slate roof. Low stone stacks have been extended with brick, rising from the gable ends. The house follows a double-depth plan and presents a symmetrical three-window design to the front. It features 8/8-pane sash windows with flat stone lintels. A six-panel door, glazed to the top, provides access. The interior has not been inspected. A low Ham Hill stone wall encloses the forecourt, supporting long/short spearhead railings with urn finials and dipped loops along the top rail. Matching double gates also have a dipped top rail.
