Description
Hayes is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of roughcast with a pantile roof, featuring coped verges and three brick ridge stacks. The house is two storeys high and has four bays. The upper floor has two-light casement windows, with two of these being renewed in aluminium. The ground floor includes four pairs of pointed-arch headed French windows, which are three-quarter glazed and of a Gothick style. A verandah is located to the left return, and two further pairs of French windows are also present.
