Description
Courtry Farm House is an 18th-century farmhouse located in Yeovilton, Bridgehampton. It is constructed from local stone that is cut, squared, and coursed, with Ham stone dressings. The roof features double Roman clay tiles and has coped gables, along with brick chimney stacks at each end. The building has an "L" plan and is two stories high with three bays, including additions on either side.
The central entrance consists of a 20th-century door framed by an architrave and topped with a moulded flat stone hood supported by console brackets. The windows are three-light, with architrave and beaded surrounds, and feature simple casements. To the left, there is a two-story, one-bay addition with a Welsh slate roof and 12-pane sash windows. To the right, there is a single-story lean-to extension with a three-light timber casement window.
