Description
Thatch End is a 17th-century cottage located on Piers Road in Cranmore. The building is rendered and features a thatched roof, along with a brick and an ashlar stack that has a cap. It stands two storeys high and has two bays. The cottage is adorned with two and three-light stone-mullioned windows that are edge-moulded and ovolo-moulded, with "eyebrows" above the first-floor windows. There is a central door opening that contains a plank door, and a 20th-century porch. The slate roof completes the exterior. To the left, there is a large single-storeyed outshut, which is not considered of special interest.
