Description

This is a circa 1811 terrace of eight properties, stepped downhill. The buildings are constructed of rendered rubble, with the exception of numbers 7 and 8, which have exposed end quoins. Each property has two windows to the front, featuring cross-glazed sash windows. Central, square-headed door openings are topped with open pediments supported by brackets. The roofs are a mix of pantiles and slate. Number 6 has modern windows inserted into the first and second floors. Number 8 features a two-storey angled bay on its north side; one of its quoins has "North Parade" carved into it. The basements are largely covered, except for numbers 6 to 8, which have dwarf walls and ramped dividing walls. The pier wall separating the garden areas of numbers 6 and 7 has a moulded capping.
