Description
Model Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th century, with alterations from the 18th century and 20th century. It features whitewashed roughcast and a slate roof divided into two sections, with coped verges. The building has one ashlar stack and two rendered stacks, with the right stack having a projecting chimney breast with offsets. The farmhouse is designed in an L-plan and has two storeys. The main front consists of four bays, with the left side featuring 3-light casements, while the right side has 2, 3, and 4-light stone mullioned windows on the ground floor, which include a stopped label. The door opening is nearly central and is accompanied by a 20th-century slated porch.
