Description
The Engine House, located about 250 metres southwest of Westowe Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red sandstone random rubble masonry and features a slate roof. The building has a hexagonal shape and is a single storey high, with one square-headed opening on the east front. There are no remaining machinery components inside, making this an uncommon survival.
