Description

Nos. 50 and 52 Princes Street is a house that has been converted into two shops, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is rendered and colourwashed, topped with a plain clay tiled roof that has no copings on the gables. It stands two stories tall. The ground floor features modern shopfronts set within ashlar surrounds, while the first floor has four plain sash windows without glazing bars, arranged in plain openings. There is a plain return to North Lane, which includes a modern galvanised steel window positioned high in the gate. The interiors have not been inspected. This listing is included for its group value.
