Description
No. 31 Princes Street is a town house that has been converted into offices, dating from around 1820. The building is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slated roof with a low coping on the south gable. The left-hand doorway is recessed and has a modern Bath stone surround, while the shopfront above is topped by a stone band course. The first floor has three sash windows, each with twelve panes, set in plain reveals and topped with gauged brick flat arches. Above, there are three similar, shallower windows. The interior was not inspected. This building is included for its group value.
