Description

Nos 21 and 23 Skinner Street are 18th-century buildings with a rendered exterior and a pantile roof, standing three storeys tall. No 21 features three windows with flush frames and double-hung sashes that include glazing bars, with one window positioned above the carriage arch on the left side. The shop front is from the late 19th century and has a panelled stall riser. No 23 has two windows without glazing bars, topped with stone arches, and a modern shop front. These buildings are included for their group value, as they are part of a series that includes Nos 19 to 23 (odd).
