Description

Hunter's Lodge, located at 1 Hunter Street, is a building dated 1776, which also includes No 9 Silver Street. The exterior is rendered, and the Silver Street side features two storeys and attics, with a full-height rounded bow that has three lights on both the first and second storeys. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars and there is a band at the cills, along with a parapet and cornice. A modern door and two windows are situated down steps. The Hunter Street elevation also has two storeys and attics, with two sloped dormers that include glazing bars. There is a modern door to No 1 beneath a four-light rectangular fanlight, while No 2 has a four-panel door and an inset foot scraper.
