Description

This is an 18th-century building of rendered construction, situated on Skinner Street. It is three storeys high with a five-window front. The windows lack glazing bars. Prominent features include two large oriels on the first floor, each composed of three canted lights and covered with lead roofs. A noteworthy doorcase is present, exhibiting plain pilasters and an open pediment, surmounted by an ornamental, semi-circular fanlight. The entrance is through a six-panelled door. The roof is covered with Welsh slate.
