Description
The coach-house and stables, located approximately 10 metres north-west of The Vicarage, were built in 1873 by G E Street and are currently used as a garage and store. The structure is made of red brick in English garden wall bond, with some areas tile hung and a tiled roof. It has an L-shaped plan and is one storey with an attic. The coach-house features a one-window front, with garage doors, a three-light window, and a boarded door all under a continuous lintel. There is a blocked half-hipped dormer and a decorated panelled stack at the right end. The stable wing has a blocked window beneath a half-hipped gable end, with a boarded door to the right of a two-light window on the right return, and two three-light windows on the left return. The building was noted to be in need of repair at the time of resurvey and is included for its group value.
