Description

No. 2 Tollergate is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed of red brick on a rendered plinth. It features a gable end roof covered with old pantiles, and has two flat dormers positioned over shallow, flat eaves. The building has two windows on each floor, which are framed sashes with four panes on the left and three panes on the right, all set within flush architraves and topped with flat stucco arches. The entrance has a modern door with a two-pane fanlight, all housed in a plain wood case that also has a flat stucco arch. Nos. 1 to 3 Tollergate are part of a group of buildings.
