Description
This is a late 18th or early 19th century pair of buildings located at 5 and 7 St Sepulchre Street. The exterior is now rendered with rusticated cement. The buildings have a gable end roof covered with old pantiles, and it features a wooden triglyph frieze. Each building has one window per floor, with recessed sash windows retaining their original glazing bars on the upper floors. A shallow, canted bay window has been inserted into the original window space on the ground floor of number 5. The entrances are paired within a pilaster frame, topped with a frieze and a projecting moulded cornice. They have modern doors and rectangular fanlights. Numbers 1 to 7 (odd) form a group with numbers 1 to 3 on the opposite side of Leading Post Street.
