Description
Nos 14, 16, and 18 Finkle Street are a row of three small houses built in the late 18th century, with restoration work carried out around 1980. The houses are constructed from coursed limestone rubble and feature a slate roof. They are two storeys high and have four first-floor windows. The front includes three four-panel doors set in moulded frames. There are bow windows with glazing bars and bowed walling, located in the centre and at the far right. A sash window with glazing bars is positioned at the far left, framed by flush wood architraves. On the first floor, there are side-sliding sashes with glazing bars, and the windows have crude lintels with keystones and voussoirs. The houses also feature moulded stone gutter brackets and three ridge stacks.
