Description

Dawcross Farmhouse is a late 18th century farmhouse constructed of grit stone ashlar. It has a stone slate roof with a ridge stack and a stone eaves cornice that functions as a gutter. The house is two storeys high and double-fronted, with three windows. It features sill strings and recessed sash windows. The architraved doorway has a panelled frieze and cornice, a semi-elliptical radial fanlight, and a six-panel door.
