Description

This is a circa 1662 farmhouse with later additions, located on Hill Foot Road, near Pannal. It is constructed of roughly squared grit stone rubble with a stone slate roof, featuring kneelers and a coved coping to the gables. Brick ridge stacks are present. The south-facing front has two-light windows on the first floor and a three-light and a four-light window on the ground floor, all with chamfered mullions. A tile-chamfered stone doorway bears the inscription "W.C. 1662". A moulded chimney is located on the west side of the building.
