Description

Sinkinson House Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a pantile roof with brick stacks. The building has a three-cell lobby-entry plan with a service wing at the rear. It stands two storeys high and has three windows on the first floor. The entrance consists of a board door with two windows to the left and one to the right, all of which are 6-pane sashes. There is a first-floor band and a projecting eaves course, along with raised gable ends and kneelers. The house has end stacks and a ridge stack. Inside, there are two inglenook fireplaces.
