Description

Nos 45 and 45a are an early 19th-century double house, originally with a through-passage. The building is constructed of local brick in an indeterminate bond, with a bracketed wooden eaves cornice and a pantiled roof. The end chimneys have been rebuilt in brick. The front has three storeys and four windows, featuring late 19th-century sash windows with flat-gauged brick arches and stone sills. A modern projecting shop front is present, and there is a segmental arched carriageway on the right-hand side.
