Description
The Naitby Memorial, located approximately 10 metres south-west of the Church of St Andrew, is a tombstone dating from around 1779. It is made of sandstone ashlar and features an upright slab framed by an aedicule. The well-cut inscription commemorates Catharine Naitby, who died in 1779, and is adorned with crossed palm fronds in the tympanum.
