Description
Minskip Lodge is a house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century, constructed of local brown brick. It features a Welsh slate roof with stone coping, shaped kneelers, and end chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There are three stone steps leading to the central entrance, which consists of a six-panel door topped by a patterned radial fanlight, all set within an open-pedimented doorcase adorned with paterae in the friezes and reeded pilasters. On either side of the entrance are canted bays that contain sash windows with glazing bars. Above these are 16-pane sash windows, each with segmental arched stucco lintels.
