Description

Lane End House is a house from the early to mid-18th century with a 20th-century extension. It is constructed of brick in English bond and has a pantile roof. The house features a central entrance with an extension at the rear. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The front has a four-panel door that is flanked by two-light Yorkshire sash windows set beneath elliptical arches. On the first floor, there is a low dummy window flanked by two-light Yorkshire sash windows that break the eaves band. The house has sprocketed eaves, raised gable ends, and an end stack, with tumbling-in to the gable ends.
