Description

Northside is a cottage that has been divided into two dwellings, likely built in the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed from red-brown local brick and features iron ties. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with pantiles, with raised verges and end stacks. The building has two storeys and includes two first-floor windows. There is a plinth, and the left side has a blocked end entry. Each cottage is one bay wide, with 4-panel doors on the right and Yorkshire sash windows. The eaves are stepped and dentilled, and there is tumbled-in brickwork at the gable.
