Description

Middle Cottage is an early 19th century house, with alterations from the 20th century. It is constructed of brick in English bond and has a 20th century pantile roof. The house follows a central hallway entry plan, and is two storeys high with three bays. The front features a six-panel door within a moulded doorcase, topped by an overlight. Flanking the door are two recessed four-pane sash windows within moulded frames, each set beneath a brick arch. The first floor has matching four-pane sash windows directly beneath a stepped eaves course. The gable ends are tumbled-in and raised, and there are end stacks.
