On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars, located beneath a pediment that has a blind lunette inscribed with "JABR 1840." The left wing has a wide double door, a boarded window opening to the left, and a fixed window to the right. The right wing also has a wide double door, a fixed window to the left, and a six-panel door to the right.
