Description
Nos 2 and 4 Kings Road are late 19th century buildings that stand three storeys tall. They feature a six-window facade and a three-window return with a bowed corner treatment. The buildings have a slated roof with a bracketed eaves cornice and are constructed from painted grit stone ashlar. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars, and No 4 has splayed bay windows on the first floor. There is a wooden shopfront with recessed entrances. The side passageway of No 4 includes an arched head, fanlight, and a panelled door. Additionally, No 58 Parliament Street is part of No 2. Nos 2 and 4 form a group with Nos 50 to 58 (even) Parliament Street.
