Description

This is a 13th-century stone font located approximately 4 metres south of the central south range of Newburgh Priory. It is made of ashlar sandstone and features a built-up square step that supports a moulded octagonal base. The font has an octagonal stem with small attached shafts and a moulded octagonal basin.
