Description

This building, known as No. 23 Government Offices, dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of coursed rubble with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a band between the storeys. The front façade has five windows, with relieving arches above four of the ground floor windows. There is a four-centred doorway. The side elevation facing Bargate is similar in design. This building is included as part of a group with Nos 11 to 31 (odd).
