Description

Bank View is a mid to late 18th-century building that originally consisted of two cottages but has since been converted into a single house. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a 20th-century pantile roof with stone slates at the eaves. The left side has quoins, and there is a central six-panel door beneath a blind fanlight that has traceried detailing with three pointed arches, all framed by an ashlar doorcase topped with an open pediment. The building has three-light, side-sliding sash windows, which are smaller on the first floor and have flat arches. To the left, there is a shaped kneeler and ashlar coping, along with a brick stack at the left end.
