Description
Clint Hall Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building is two stories high and has a three-bay main range, with a two-bay service block set back to the right. The main range has quoins and a half-glazed door in a stone surround located between the first and second bays. It has 6-pane sash windows throughout, with paired windows on the ground floor to the left of the door, all featuring stone surrounds and projecting sills. The roof has shaped kneelers, gable coping, and end stacks, along with a ridge stack positioned above the entrance. The service range includes a 12-pane casement window in a stone surround on the left, an inserted window on the right, and a central ridge stack.
