Description

This is a Type K6 telephone kiosk, designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. It was constructed by various contractors and is made of cast iron. The kiosk is square with a closed roof. It has unperforated crowns to the top panels and margin glazing to the window and door. It is located on the Village Green in High Street, Hampsthwaite.
