Description
This cart-shed, now used as a coal-house, garages, and workshop, dates from the late 18th century and consists of two distinct builds. It is constructed of rubble with dressed sandstone and features stone and Welsh slate roofs. The structure is single storey and has four bays, with the left bay being of a different build. The building includes quoins and three segmental-arched cart openings made of dressed stone, with the first opening fitted with board-leaved doors. To the right, there is a board door set in a quoined dressed stone surround, accompanied by a shuttered window. The first bay has a stone slate roof, and there is coping and an end stack to the right. This cart-shed is included for its group value with nearby structures.
