Description

1-13 Cedar Place is a former Easingwold Union Warehouse, now converted into private residences, built in 1837. The building is constructed of pale brown local brick and features a stucco band at the first floor of the central section. It has a Welsh slate roof and consists of two storeys with five bays, flanked by three-storey single bay wings. The central entrance includes a panelled door with a fanlight, set within a round-arched brick opening. The windows are unequally-hung sashes with glazing bars, while the wings have tripartite sashes with glazing bars on the ground and first floors, and a Diocletian window above, situated in a round-arched three-storey recess.
