Description

Leeds and Liverpool Canal Bridge number 165 is a public road bridge built around 1790, designed by engineer Robert Whitworth. It is constructed from dressed stone and features a single elliptical arch with rusticated voussoirs. The bridge has a solid parapet and curved abutments.
