Description
The Green is a former school teacher's house, now a private residence, likely built in the early 19th century with some later alterations, including a new roof. The building is constructed from hammer-dressed limestone with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance is a board door, and the windows are 16-pane sashes with wedge lintels. The hipped roof has overhanging eaves and a central chimney stack. On the south facade, there are two bays and one window on the first floor. The entrance door has a plain surround with a stepped keystone, while the two-light windows feature wooden mullions and paired sashes set in keyed surrounds.
