Description

South Villa is a house dating to the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with a pantile roof. The house is two storeys high, with two bays on the front and a single-storey bay to the right that is not of particular architectural interest. A central 20th-century half-glazed door is flanked by 20th-century canted bay windows. The first floor has 20th-century casement windows; to the right is a blocked opening with a plain stone surround. The roof has shaped kneelers, a stone coping, and end stacks.
