Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of coursed squared stone with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, with a door located on the right return. All windows feature stone lintels and sills; the ground floor windows are sashes with glazing bars, while the first floor windows are 4-pane sashes. The cottage has shaped kneelers, stone coping, and end stacks. There is a single-storey, two-bay block to the left that is not of special interest. The cottage is included for its group value.
