Description
East View is a house built in the mid to late 18th century. It features coursed squared stone and a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The central entrance consists of a six-fielded-panel door framed by an architrave with ribbed pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. To the right of the entrance, there are two four-pane shop windows flanking a half-glazed door, all with stone sills, a frieze, and a cornice. The remaining windows are 16-pane sashes, also with stone sills, and the ground floor window has a stone lintel. The right-hand side has a shaped kneeler and stone coping, while there is an end stack on the left.
