Description
No. 115 on Longwestgate is an early 19th-century building with an ashlar front, featuring two storeys and an attic with a basement. It has a first-floor sill course, a projecting cornice, and a blocking course. The gable end roof is covered with pantiles and includes a small dormer. There are two tall windows at the front with recessed sashes and intact glazing bars on the first floor. The entrance is located below the left-hand window and has a new door, but it retains a semi-circular fanlight with a concentric circle glazing pattern. The porch is supported by slender Doric columns and has an entablature with a projecting cornice, accessed by a flight of four steps. There are plain 19th-century rails surrounding the area and steps. Nos. 113 and 115 together form a group.
