Description

Thornton Hall Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the later 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There is a modern door that is topped with a stone hood supported by consoles. On either side of the door, there are three-light recessed square mullion windows on both floors, with a similar two-light window located above the door. The farmhouse also has gable stacks.
