Mottled brick in English garden wall bond with slate roof. Central-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window front. Fielded panelled front door beneath patterned overlight. 12-pane sash windows with painted stone sills. Painted wedge lintels to all openings. Coped gables. End stacks.
