Description

Mattisons Farm House is a farmhouse built around 1840, located on Village Street in Lower Dunsforth, North Yorkshire. The building is constructed of mottled brick in English garden wall bond and features a slate roof. It has a central-entry plan and is two storeys high with a three-window front. The front door is fielded panelled and is situated beneath a patterned overlight. The windows are 12-pane sash types with painted stone sills, and all openings have painted wedge lintels. The house has coped gables and end stacks.
