Description

Greystone Farmhouse is an early to mid-19th century farmhouse located on Back Lane in Newholm-cum-Dunsley. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed squared stone with a renewed roof covered in large modern pantiles. It features stone copings, curved kneelers, corniced stone chimneys at the centre and ends, and is two storeys high with three bays and a single-storey bay at the right-hand end. The windows are late 19th-century sashes with heavy lintels and projecting cills. A late 19th-century panelled door is topped with an oblong fanlight.
