Description

Dew House is an 18th-century farmhouse located on the west side of Main Street in Marton cum Grafton. It is constructed of reddish-brown local brick and features a pantile roof with end chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There are stone steps leading to the central entrance, which has a modern six-panel door and an oblong fanlight above. A wide band runs along the first floor. The windows on the first floor are late 19th-century sashes set in flush wood architraves, with rendered splayed lintels and keys. The rear of the house has stepped eaves.
