Description

16 Flowergate is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed in grey roughcast with a rounded corner. It features a dentil cornice along the Flowergate elevation and has a slate roof. The building has five windows, with two facing Flowergate, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front. On the Brunswick Street elevation, there is a fluted Ionic pilastered doorcase, with a four-panel door beneath a glazed rectangular fanlight. Number 16 is part of a group with Nos 2 to 10 Brunswick Street.
