  1. Early C19. 3 storeys in grey roughcast with rounded corner. Dentil cornice to Flowergate elevation. Slate roof. 5 windows; 2 to Flowergate with glazing bars, double-hung sashes. Modern ground floor shop front. Brunswick Street elevation has fluted Ionic pilastered doorcase. 4 panel door under glazed rectangular fanlight.

No 16 forms a group with Nos 2 to 10 (consec) Brunswick Street.
