Description

East Applegarth is a late 18th century farmhouse. It is constructed from uncoursed rubble with a stone slate roof, featuring two rendered stacks. The farmhouse has two storeys and originally had two windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars and stone voussoirs above the upper floor. A catslide extension is present to the rear. The building is listed as a typical small farm of the area.
