Description

Summertree Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of pink and cream brick in a garden wall bond, with a pantile roof. It follows a central staircase plan, is one room deep, and incorporates an outshut. The symmetrical front facade features three windows. A central 20th-century board door is flanked by two-light, large-pane horizontal sliding sashes. Smaller, similar windows are located on the first floor. All ground-floor openings are topped with cambered brick arches. The building has coped gables, shaped kneelers, and end stacks.
